REFUNDS
Due To the nature of this product refunds are not given however if there is a problem with the design. It will be replaced. If you are having difficulty sewing out a design this is most likely due to incorrect hooping or backing. Please contact me and send me a picture and I will get back to you within a 48 hour period to help you trouble shoot.
